      王栋,2003年于清华大学生命科学与技术系(现生命科学学院)毕业并获得生物学博士学位。2004年进入美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校进行博士后和助理项目科学家研究。2012年任清华大学医学院研究员,博士生导师。2013年任生物治疗协同创新中心研究员。2018年任成都中医药大学基础医学院教授,博士生导师。

      专业为中西医结合基础,研究方向是中医药抗肿瘤基础与应用:主要是利用转录组学、化学遗传学等高通量生物技术和手段,来探讨肿瘤转移恶化中的基因转录重编程调控机制;并结合大规模药物发现新技术来进行抗肿瘤药物研究,尤其是从具有良好临床效果的传统中药中,挖掘和研究候选抗肿瘤中药新药。

      已在Nature、Cell Research、Nature Structural & Molecular Biology、PNAS、Nucleic Acids Research等世界一流刊物上发表SCI论文30余篇,总被引用超过2000次。其中,以第一作者在Nature发表的论文入选全球top 1%高引用论文。申请美国和中国专利15项,授权9项,新发现抗肿瘤等候选中药及小分子5个。自2013年起承担教育部生物治疗协同创新中心、自然科学基金、北京市首都健康培育、四川省天府英才工程等多个项目。获拜耳-清华研究员奖、杨森-清华研究员奖、四川省千人计划专家等荣誉。
