刘贻尧教授

    
 
 
 

      刘贻尧,博士、临床医学院教授、博士生导师。2004年博士毕业日本群马大学,2005-2007年在日本德岛大学医学部做博士后研究,曾先后在德国卡尔斯鲁厄理工学院和美国德克萨斯大学安德森癌症研究中心做访问学者。长期从事肿瘤细胞力学与力学生物学、肿瘤微纳医学工程等交叉学科的研究。针对肿瘤微环境-肿瘤细胞交互作用及其调控机制这一基本科学问题开展深入研究,聚焦肿瘤恶性演进的始动因素与关键环节,重点探讨肿瘤细胞恶性行为的生物物理规律与力学-生物学耦合机制。同时,深入开展基于肿瘤新标记物与新靶标发现的肿瘤微纳医学应用基础研究,构建了几类肿瘤微环境响应性的智能微纳系统,在肿瘤可视化靶向输送与治疗、分子成像、分子标记与示踪方面显示出良好的应用前景。相关研究工作对认识肿瘤转移行为发生发展的生物物理机制有重要意义,也为抑制肿瘤转移新靶点药物开发和肿瘤新标记物的分子成像与诊断提供新思路、新方法和新手段,具有重要的理论研究意义和临床转化价值。迄今已在Nature Communications、Biotechnology Advances、Biomaterials、Cellular & Molecular Immunology、Cancer Letters、British Journal of Pharmacology、International Journal of Cancer、Journal of Biological Chemistry、Biophysical Journal等国际学术期刊发表论文100余篇,他引2000余次(Google Scholar),授权发明专利4项(含日本专利1项),先后主持了国家自然科学基金及其它省部级项目10余项(含国家自然科学基金区域创新发展联合基金重点项目1项)。现任中国生物力学专业委员会委员,中国生物力学与生物流变学专业委员会委员,中国材料生物力学专业委员会常务委员,中国动脉粥样硬化专业委员会委员,中国纳米生物技术分会委员,中国造影技术分会委员,四川省免疫学会理事,四川省生物医学工程学会理事、四川省科技青年联合会理事,Journal of Developmental Biology and Tissue Engineering编委,医用生物力学杂志编委,中国动脉粥样硬化杂志编委,Frontiers in Physiology和Frontiers in Physiology评审编辑。2009年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2013年入选四川省有突出贡献专家,2014年入选四川省杰出青年基金和四川省学术技术带头人。
